• Overseeing all aspects of project management, including liaison with clients and sales teams, problem-solving, material management, tool box talks, and daily reporting of progress, quality and health, safety and environment
• Conducting routine site audits and providing design input
• Managing progress and program schedules

Key Requirements:

• Experience in managing multiple projects, with experience in commercial and domestic PV (and battery/EV charger a plus)
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Willingness to travel for periods of time
• SMSTS and NEBOSH certification
• A valid UK driving license

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrician with a background in renewable energy, specifically in the installation and commissioning of Solar PV, EV charging and battery systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of projects, from small domestic installations to large industrial systems, and be comfortable working on different roof types and heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting on-site technical surveys for solar PV and other electrical installations
• Advising the sales department on project feasibility and details of electrical systems
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard (MCS)
• Maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure a positive customer experience
• Keeping the project management team informed of progress
• Completing all electrical installation certificates and notifying building control online for all domestic electrical work completed.

Key Qualifications:

We are seeking experienced PV installers to join our team at our Backwell, North Somerset head office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of installing solar PV systems on various roof types and will be familiar with a wide range of mounting systems and installation techniques. The role will primarily involve working on domestic and commercial installations within a 1 hour radius from Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing solar PV systems on-roof at a range of sites
• Familiar with a wide range of mounting systems and installation techniques
• Possession of health and safety tickets including working at heights, ladder safety, asbestos awareness and manual handling and also a current CSCS card would be beneficial.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PV installer
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• A candidate with ready access to a preferred labourer will be particularly attractive
• CSCS Card
• Health and Safety tickets

We are looking for skilled and experienced Roofers and Roofing Labourers to join our expanding team of solar PV installers. The ideal candidates will have a good work ethic, be reliable and able to work in a team.

• Helping to transport materials to the roof
• Assisting the installation team with their requirements
• Following safety protocols and guidelines

• Experience in roofing and roofing labor
