The client requested a replacement for their failing asbestos roof. Three solutions were offered to the client. A replacement plasitsol-coated steel sheet solution or a timber carcas construction with either torch-on felt or EPDM rubber. The customer decided that a coated steel cladding solution was best and opted for a juniper green finish to the flashings.
