The client requested Cambridge Roofers to carry out a minor roof survey and provide a quote for Upvc Soffits, fascias and guttering to match the existing colour scheme and profiles.  Cambridge Roofers identified a some missing mortar from between ridge tiles on the gable return, several cracked tiles and the lead saddle in a valley that was lifting.  A fixed-price, itemised quotation was provided for the repairs and replacement roofline which included an IBG (insurance-backed guarantee) for the roofline replacement.  The quotation was accepted Cambridge Roofers were instructed to carry out the works within an 8 week lead-time that was provided.  The works have begun and are due for completion on Saturday 9th of April.
