Brief: To re-cover the clients rear extension flat roof.  3 options were provided which included a 10 year IBG (Insurance-backed guarantee) torch-on felt, a 15 year IBG torch-on felt and the 20 year IBG EPDM ‘Rubber roof’.  The client explained that they planned to retire in the property and so a longer-term solution was recommended and so the client elected to have a new EPDM rubber roof installed.
