The customer called Cambridge Roofers out to inspect an old flat roof. The customer was advised that despite the roof being beyond its warranty period, that it was still in serviceable condition.  Having seen previous EPDM rubber flat roofs fitted by Cambridge Roofers, the customer elected to have insulation and a re-covering of EPDM along with a 20 year warranty.
