Roofing Cambridge

Cambridge Roofers were called out to assess a leaking flat roof clad in lead.  A series of infill constructions had resulted in new installations interfering with the functioning of the existing build-up.  The neighbouring property had built an extension into the existing gulley of the client leaving insufficient capacity for drainage.

The solution was to strip out the existing lead and replace with a single ply EPDM membrane and widen the gulley construction to allow for better drainage.

To supply and install new 1.52mm EPDM single ply membrane:-

• Manufacturer: Firestone.
• Material: EPDM.
• Thickness: 1.52mm.
• Colour: Charcoal.
• Perimeter: uPVC
• Warranty: 25 years.

To supply and install new timber decking.

• Decking thickness: 18mm Oriented Strand Board timber
